SubroQuick^SM is a service offered by The Cole Law Firm, in which an attorney gives an opinion of subrogation possibilities at the outset of the case.  This is complimentary and the forms, can be completed and emailed to scole@colenetlaw.com.  We strive for twenty-four hour turn around in our opinion, to offer advice on protecting the scene, subrogation possibilities and problems that need to be addressed immediately before restoration or demolish of the scene and evidence. 

We provide monthly reports on cases submitted and opinions given.  In doing so, we advise your subrogation unit of our opinion on those cases on which there are subrogation possibilities, so that your adjuster and subrogation unit can work together in developing subrogation.  This is a complimentary service until the case is referred to the firm for litigation.
