The Complaint Mediation
Program is responsible for processing all consumer
complaints that are filed against California businesses
regulated by the following programs: Bureau of Automotive
Repair, Cemetery and Funeral Programs, Bureau of Electronic
and Appliance Repair, Bureau of Home Furnishings and Thermal
Insulation, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.
